Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Sport Games 2017 competing 11 sport games consisting of mini football, chair ball, pétanque, table tennis, board games, rowing, bicycle racing, relay race, dart, team dancing (Just-Dance) and games between Monday 18th – Wednesday 27th December 2017 at MRTA headquarter area. The activity was joined by MRTA executives and officers who were separated by colors following M.R.T. projects including purple, orange, pink and yellow.
This activity was held in order to strengthen a bound and unity among MRTA officers and to support playing sport for healthy.
Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) acting Governor along with executives on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) attended Giving Alms ceremony to give alms to 901 Buddhist monks and novice monks dedicated to King Bhumibol Adulayadej in occasion of his birthday, national day and father day on 5th December 2017 at the royal plaza where Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister presided over the ceremony.

Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line from Hua Lamphong station to Chatuchak Park station and visiting M.R.T. history exhibition at Hua Lamphong station on Saturday 25th November 2017 at 08.30 A.M.

Miss Budsakorn Yusook, Director of Policy and Strategy department on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Office of the National Anti - Corruption Commission (ONACC) on 18th establishment anniversary where MRTA contributed to The Chaipattana Foundation on Friday 17th October 2017 at building 4, ONACC’s headquarter, Nonthaburi Province.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 30 teachers and students from Urban Community Development College (UCDC), Navamindradhiraj University visiting M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line’s depot on their study trip where officers from Bangkok and Metro PLC’s were lecturers on Friday 10th November 2017 at 02.00 P.M.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Giving Alms Activity of November 2017 inviting 9 Buddhist Monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple to have breakfast and receive foods where MRTA executives and officers joined in to give alms on Thursday 2nd November 2017 at main lobby, first floor, Building 1, MRTA.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society organized MRTA 4th Blood Donation activity 2017 on Wednesday 1st November 2017 in front of building 1, MRTA where a total number of 160 MRTA’s officers, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC’s officers, contractors and project assistants joined this activity by donating blood.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) in collaborated with I.C.C. International PLC organized “MRTA save environmental with brassieres donation” activity by receiving useless brassieres from MRTA executives, officers and M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line and Chalong Ratchadham line’s passengers to rightfully dispose by burning it as alternative fuel in cement making process to decrease community waste and pollution. Therefore, MRTA places bra donation boxes at MRTA 3 office buildings and park and ride buildings at M.R.T. Lad Phrao station, Bang Rak Noi Tha It station and Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station from October 2017 to September 2018 before giving the bras to I.C.C. afterward.
The activity was held in order to encourage MRTA executives and officers to be the givers and to be part of saving environment process.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2017 at Suwannaram temple, Bangkok Noi district, Bangkok where Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) acting Governor presided over the ceremony. Gen. Yodyuth Boonyatikarn, Chairman of the Board of directors also attended the ceremony along with MRTA sub - committee, executives and approximately 100 officers on Monday 30th October 2017.
In conclusion, MRTA and people donated money in the ceremony totally 1,146,562 baht.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 60 disabled children and officers from Christian Care foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand (CCD) visiting and riding M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line from Nonthaburi Civic Center station to Talad Bang Yai station on Friday 20th October 2017.
