Miss Sirithida Thammakul, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) received Sustainability Disclosure Recognition Award at Sustainability Disclosure Award Presentation Ceremony 2020 by Thaipat Institute on Monday 22nd December 2020 at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. In this ceremony, Thaipat Institute gave awards to SDC (Sustainability Disclosure Community) Association members who disclosed information beneficial to stakeholders including Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs 12.6 where there were 34 awards for Sustainability Disclosure, 42 for Sustainability Disclosure Recognition and 20 for Sustainability Disclosure Acknowledgement.
At all event, MRTA Sustainability Reports were received award from Sustainability Disclosure Award for 2 consecutive years where last year MRTA received Sustainability Disclosure Acknowledgement which is the award to encourage companies and organizations to disclose information about sustainability to public and stakeholders.
Miss Sirithida Thammakul, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank) on 19th establishment anniversary on Friday 18th December 2020 at SME Bank Tower. In this regard, MRTA also distributed to Veterans General Hospital to purchase medical equipment.
Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) received 37th “Sanjaithai Sujaitai” project’s Appreciation Plaque from General Surayud Chulanont, President of the Privy Council as Project Chairman on Saturday 12th December 2020 at The National Science Museum, Prathum Thani Province. At all events, MRTA supported the project by leading 320 youths from Southern border provinces including Narathiwat Province, Yala Province, Pattani Province, Songkhla Province and Satun Province to visit and ride M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line on 8th December 2020.
Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed a group of 370 executives, staffs and youths from Southern border provinces including Narathiwat Province, Yala Province, Pattani Province, Songkhla Province and Satun Province from 37th “Sanjaithai Sujaitai” project to visit and ride M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line from Itsaraphap station to Hua Lamphong station on Tuesday 8th December 2020. The group was led by General Pradit Boonkerd, Project Vice Chairman of activities and excursions committee and was lectured by MRTA and Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC’s officers on metro knowledge and how to travel by metro.
Mr. Tanwa Artaramas, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in Ministry of Transport (MOT) Volunteer activity in occasion of King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday, Thai National Day and Father’s Day 5th December 2020 on Monday 7th December 2020. The activity included receiving Thai History book from Mr. Chayatan Promsorn, Permanent Secretary of Transport, cleaning and adjusting landscape around MOT where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the activity.
Mr. Vithaya Punmongkol, Deputy Governor (Operations) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led executives and officers to participate in Father’s Day activity and Ministry of Transport (MOT)’s King Bhumibol Adulyadej exhibition on Saturday 5th December 2020 at Sanam Chai road, Saranrom park and Museum Siam where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Minister of Transport presided over the activity. At all events, the exhibition was held during 1st – 6th December 2020.
Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led executives and officers to participate in giving alms activity in occasion of King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday (5th December 2020) inviting 9 Buddhist monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple to have breakfast and receive alms on Friday 4th December 2020 at main lobby, building 1, MRTA.
Mr. Surapong Rattanaphuwalux, Director of Office of Internal Audit on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) received Appreciation Plaque for supporting Anti – Corruption Foundation in 2020 where Mr. Chuan Leekpai, President of the National Assembly of Thailand and Speaker of the Thai House of Representatives was the giver on Friday 27th November 2020 at The National Theatre. The plaque was given due to MRTA supporting in the foundation’s activity through cultivating good deeds awareness to youth project.
Mr. Somkid Leelittam, Director of Information Technology Department on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Department of Airports (DOA) on 87th establishment anniversary on Friday 27th November 2020 at DOA. In this regard, MRTA also distributed to DOA’s welfare fund for public charity.
Mr. Sarot T.Suwan, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) on 48th establishment anniversary on Friday 27th November 2020 at EXAT. In this regard, MRTA also distributed to public charity and EXAT society fund.
Mr. Kittikorn Tanpao, Deputy Governor (Engineering and Construction) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and Ministry of Transport participated in Phan Bush – laying ceremony to honor King Bhumibol Adulayadech in occasion of “King Bhumibol Adulayadech’s royal rainmaking Day” 2020 on Saturday 14th November 2020 at Government Complex where Mr. Chalermchai Sri-on, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives presided over the ceremony.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 412 teachers and students from Anubanwatnongkhunchat (Uthitpitthayakarn) school, Uthai Thani Province visiting and riding M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line from Tha Phra station to Sanam Chai station on Friday 13th November 2020 where MRTA and Bangkok Expressway and Metro PCL’s officers were lecturers.
