MRTA and business partners deliver relief bags to flood victims
Mr. Vithaya Punmongkol, Deputy Governor (Operations) acting Governor of Mass Rapid
Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led
MRTA executives, officers and representatives from business partners, MRT
projects concessionaires, operators and contractors to deliver 2,110
relief bags to Royal Thai Navy to distribute to flood victims with in
the country on Thursday 5th September 2024 where Vice Admiral
Pasugree Wilairuk, Director General of the Naval Civil Affairs Department was a
receiver. Therefore, the relief bags including essential items and consumer
items supported by MRTA and business partners where MRTA volunteers prepared
all relief bags.
At a later time, Miss
Jiranan Worachack, Assistant Governor on behalf of MRTA distributed relief bags
to flood victims in Rang Chorakhe Sub-District, Sena District, Ayutthaya
Province on Tuesday 10th September 2024 where Vice Admiral.....

MRTA organizes MRTA Volunteer activity of 2024 at Nakhon Ratchasima province
Miss
Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Office of Corporate Communications presided
over MRTA Volunteer activity of 2024 leading 106 officers to participate in CSR
activities at Nakhon Ratchasima province between 28th – 29th
March 2024. The activities included renovating school playground and vegetable
garden and donating school supplies to Banklongdua school, Pak
Chong district and studying on elephant conservation topic,
planting Afzelia xylocarpa seedlings and producing Elephant Dung Fertilizer to
distribute to nearby communities at Thai Elephants Center for Conservation, Pak
Chong district.
Therefore, MRTA organized MRTA
Volunteer activity continuously for 5 years to promote CSR conscious to MRTA
officers.

MRTA organizes MRTA Volunteer activity of 2023 at Rayong province.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of
Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA
Volunteer activity of 2023 leading 104 MRTA officers to do Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) activities at
Rayong province between 25th – 26th May 2023. The
activities included mangrove planting, building crab condo and releasing crabs
at Sky View Tower and Mangrove Research Center to preserve aquatic animals’
food sources and habitats and promote conservation and restoration of the
environment. In addition, MRTA also built greenhouse and vegetables plots and
shared school stationary for students from Watthammasathit school.
Therefore, MRTA continuously
organizes MRTA Volunteers activities for 4 years to promote CSR conscious for officers.

MRTA and EGAT organize Rescue Volunteer activity
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) in collaborated with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) organized “Rescue Volunteer” activity under CSR networking with State Enterprises project arranging CPR training (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation: CPR) and first aid training to people living near EGAT’s headquarter, Nonthaburi Province to increase these knowledge to people for applying in their real life situations on Friday 22nd September 2017 at EGAT’s headquarter, Nonthaburi Province.
MRTA launchs “Life & Metro” magazine
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) launched “Life & Metro” free copy magazine. The magazine for city people included lifestyle, eat, travel, shopping, health and MRTA CSR news contents. M.R.T. passengers could get Life & Metro at Park & Ride building or parking area for M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line and for M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line get at Tao Poon station, Nonthaburi Civic Center M.R.T station and Talad Bang Yai station or Café Amazon, Doi Tung Coffee, Café D’oro, 94 Coffee, Bunditpatanasilpa Institute and elite university’s libraries.
MRTA joins in 1st Government Games
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) sent athletes to compete in tracks and field sports in 1st Government Games (2016) on Monday 6th February 2017 at Supachalasai Stadium where MRTA join in Economy/Purple team led by Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak). In this regard, MRTA sent 6 men and women athletes for tracks competition and 2 woman athletes for shot put competition. As a result, Miss Chatmani Panan from Organization Affairs section, CSR division, Office of the Governor got Silver medal from women shot put and Mr. Satish Maneekorn from Litigation and Disciplinary division, Legal Affairs department got bronze medal from men tracks 4x100 relay.
MRTA organized 1st Boosting Happiness at work activity (Internal CSR) 2018
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized 1st Boosting Happiness at work activity (Internal CSR) 2018 leading 100 MRTA officers to make water basin for elephants and animals at Kui Buri National Park, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to increase water storage in dry season and to reduce conflict between people and elephants to make them live together peacefully. MRTA additionally led officers to study at Chang Hua Man Royal Project, Phetchaburi Province during Thursday 5th – Friday 6th July 2018. The activity was held in order to instill a sense of environmental issues and social and environmental responsibility into officers for sustainable development.
MRTA organized 2nd Boosting Happiness at work activity (Internal CSR) 2018
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized 2nd Boosting Happiness at work activity (Internal CSR) 2018 leading 100 MRTA officers to plant mangrove trees and release baby Flower crabs at Sirindhorn International Environmental Park and to release baby Nile tilapia fish and repair mangrove forest boardwalk at Laem Phak Bia royal project, Phetchaburi Province during Thursday 30th – Friday 31st August 2018 to replace, maintain and preserve natural resources. The activity was held in order to instill a sense of environmental issues and social and environmental responsibility into officers for sustainable development.
