MRTA organized 1st “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized 1st “Our Home season 4” project of year 2020 at Mahaweeranuwat school on Friday 31st July 2020 to educate students the new normal way of life and the safe way to travel by metro after Coronavirus 2019 (COVID - 19) pandemic period. In this regard, MRTA distributed face masks and souvenirs to teachers and students and MRTA also made students from Mahaweeranuwat school write well – wishing postcards to students from Watparknam school.     This project was held in order to made Mahaweeranuwat school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalerm Ratchamongkol line and Watparknam school which is school along the route of M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line have the activities together, to strengthen their relationship between students in school along the route of M.R.T. and to strengthen relationship between schools and MRTA.
MRTA participates in sign to salute and pledge of allegiance to HM the king in occasion of HM’s 68th birthday on 28 July 2020           Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in the sign to salute ceremony in occasion of HM the king 68th birthday on 28th July 2020 where Mr. Chaiwat Thongkamkoon, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) led MOT executives and heads of the organizer under MOT signed in the ceremony at The Grand Palace.          Later, Mr. Rithika participated in pledge of allegiance to HM the king of 2020 with heads of the organizer under MOT in front of MOT headquarter where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob, Ministry of Transport presided over the ceremony.          Afterward, Mr. Rithika participated in the opening ceremony of MOT exhibition for HM the king which was held between 26th – 31st July 2020 in front of MOT headquarter where Mr. Saksayam presided over the ceremony either.
MRTA participates in planting trees for the king activity           Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in planting trees for the king activity on Monday 27th July 2020 in front of chapel, Phra Chettuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Ratchaworamahawihan temple. The activity was part of planting 108 trees for the king project on the occasion of HM the king’s birthday on 28th July 2020 to adjust the temple landscape, to preserve ancient site and to support city’s ecosystem and create sustainable green spaces.
MRTA organizes Royal Thai Volunteers activity in occasion of HM the king 68th birthday on 28th July 2020     Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led executives, officers, M.R.T. Orange (East) line project: Thailand Cultural Centre – Min Buri (Suwinthawong)’s consultants and contractors and Ladprao canal community participating in Royal Thai Volunteers activity in occasion of HM the king 68th birthday on 28th July 2020 on Friday 24th July 2020 at MRT Orange line’s depot. The activity included cleaning, canalizing and removing weeds near depot area for community usage.

MRTA participates in the opening ceremony of “BMTA Volunteer” cleaning bus stops at Victory Monument      Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in the opening ceremony of “BMTA Volunteer” cleaning bus stops at Victory Monument on Tuesday 14th July 2020 where Mr. Withaya Yamoung, President of The Board of Directors of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) presided over the ceremony.
MRTA organized Candle Parade 2020 at Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple.          Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority (MRTA) led MRTA executives and officers parading the candle 2020 at Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple on Friday 3rd July 2020.         The activity was held in order to encourage MRTA executives and officers to participate in Thai Cultural activities and to participate in activities with temple along the route of M.R.T. projects. 
MRTA organizes “Mee Leaw Baeng Pun” activity in occasion of HM Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s birthday.      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over “Mee Leaw Baeng Pun” activity in occasion of HM Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s birthday on 3rd June 2020. The activity included 335 relief supplies bags distribution to people in Wat Liap Rat Bamrung community which is community along the route of MRT Chalong Ratchadham Line to help people affected from Coronavirus desease 2019 pandemic (COVID – 19) on Wednesday 24th June 2020 at Wat Liap Rat Bamrung community.

MRTA participated in cloth masks distribution activity under “Healthy Journey with BEM” Project at MRT Sukhumvit station      Mr. Vithaya Punmongkol, Deputy Governor (Operations) and Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) participated in cloth masks distribution activity under “Healthy Journey with BEM” Project distributing cloth masks to MRT passengers to promote COVID – 19 self - prevention on Monday 1st June 2020 at MRT Sukhumvit station.  
MRTA distributes face shields to needy hospitals      Miss Jirata Wattanapradit, Director of Public Relations Division acting Director of Office of Corporate Communications on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) distributed 20,373 Face Shields to needy hospitals including Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai hospital, Nakornping hospital from Chiang Mai Province, Naresuan University hospital and Fort Somdej Phranaresuan Maharaj hospital from Phitsanulok Province to distribute to medical staffs during Coronavirus desease 2019 pandemic (COVID–19) outbreak period on Tuesday 26th May 2020. At all events, the face shields were part of 1st MRTA Volunteer activity of 2020 where MRTA volunteers made all face shields themselves for needy hospitals.
