Giving Alms Activity November 2017 03 Nov. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Giving Alms Activity of November 2017 inviting 9 Buddhist Monks from Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple to have breakfast and receive foods where MRTA executives and officers joined in to give alms on Thursday 2nd November 2017 at main lobby, first floor, Building 1, MRTA.

MRTA 4th Blood Donation activity 2017 02 Nov. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society organized MRTA 4th Blood Donation activity 2017 on Wednesday 1st November 2017 in front of building 1, MRTA where a total number of 160 MRTA’s officers, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC’s officers, contractors and project assistants joined this activity by donating blood.

MRTA save environmental with brassieres donation activity 31 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) in collaborated with I.C.C. International PLC organized “MRTA save environmental with brassieres donation” activity by receiving useless brassieres from MRTA executives, officers and M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line and Chalong Ratchadham line’s passengers to rightfully dispose by burning it as alternative fuel in cement making process to decrease community waste and pollution. Therefore, MRTA places bra donation boxes at MRTA 3 office buildings and park and ride buildings at M.R.T. Lad Phrao station, Bang Rak Noi Tha It station and Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station from October 2017 to September 2018 before giving the bras to I.C.C. afterward. The activity was held in order to encourage MRTA executives and officers to be the givers and to be part of saving environment process.

MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2017 at Suwannaram temple 30 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2017 at Suwannaram temple, Bangkok Noi district, Bangkok where Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) acting Governor presided over the ceremony. Gen. Yodyuth Boonyatikarn, Chairman of the Board of directors also attended the ceremony along with MRTA sub - committee, executives and approximately 100 officers on Monday 30th October 2017. In conclusion, MRTA and people donated money in the ceremony totally 1,146,562 baht.

MRTA welcomes disabled children and officers from Christian Care foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand visiting M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line 22 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 60 disabled children and officers from Christian Care foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand (CCD) visiting and riding M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line from Nonthaburi Civic Center station to Talad Bang Yai station on Friday 20th October 2017.

MRTA attends King Bhumibol Adulyadej and King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun’s exhibition opening ceremony and joins in honoring activities 13 Oct. 60 Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy governor acting Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and executives attended giving alms activity to honor King Bhumibol Adulayadej and King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun before laying flower wreath to recapture King Bhumibol Adulayadej. Mr. Rithika also attended the kings honoring exhibition “Continuing the kings intellectual to create Thai transportation” opening ceremony where Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport presided over the event on Saturday 16th September 2017 at Lat Pho park, Samut Prakan Province.

Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line 13 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 60 teachers, students and parents from The Northern School for The Blind under patronage of the Queen visiting and riding M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon line from Hua Lamphong station to Khlong Toei station on Wednesday 13th September 2017 at 05.00 P.M.

MRTA welcomes teachers and students from Siam Technology College 12 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) welcomed 59 teachers and junior students majoring Automotive technology and Electrical and Electronics technology from Siam Technology College visiting M.R.T. Chalong Ratchadham line’s depot and riding M.R.T. from Khlong Bang Phai station to Sam Yeak Nonthaburi 1 station on Monday 11th September 2017.

MRTA congratulate OTP on 15th establishment anniversary 09 Oct. 60 Mr. Theeraphan Tachasirinunugune, Advisor acting Deputy Governor (Strategy and Planing) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) on 15th establishment anniversary where MRTA contributed to OTP’s charity and welfare fund on Monday 9th October 2017 at OTP headquarter, Bangkok.

MRTA organizes Library for Youths activity at Ban Chai Talay Bang Krachao school, Samut Sakhon Province 04 Oct. 60 Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized “Library for Youths” activity leading 45 MRTA officers to renovate school’s library, repair schoolyard and paint cafeteria tables for Ban Chai Talay Bang Krachao school, Samut Sakhon province on Monday 4th September 2017. The activity was held in order to support education of children and youths in rural area and to improve quality of life.
