MRTA opens new 1,000 M. running track at the head office      Mrs. Natamon Nunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over the new running track opening ceremony at MRTA Healthy Park, MRTA’s head office, Praram 9 RD. The running track is 2 M. wide, covered with synthetic rubber with 1,000 M. long.
MRTA organizes Friendly Sport Competition 2019 among metro organization      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized Friendly Sport Competition 2019 among metro organization between MRTA, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM) and M.R.T. Orange Line Project’s consultant groups and contractors. The competition was held between 16th – 23rd December 2019 including 8 sport competitions: Petangue, Football, VIP Football, Dance battle “Just Dance”, Badminton, Table Tennis and Rowing.     In this regard, MRTA also organized the competition award ceremony on 24th December 2019 where Mr. Rithika Suparat, MRTA Deputy Governor (Administration), Mr. Alvin Gee, BEM Deputy Managing Director Operation Support and M.R.T. Orange Line Project’s consultant groups and contractors’ executives led their officers and employees to join in the ceremony at MRTA football field, MRTA head office, Praram IX RD. Bangkok.
MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2019 at Phanan Choeng temple      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) organized MRTA Royal Kathin Ceremony 2019 at Phanan Choeng temple, Ayutthaya Province where Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor presided over the ceremony and MRTA executives and 400 officers attended on Wednesday 6th November 2019.     In this regard, MRTA and other people donated money totally 1,836,033.50 Baht.
MRTA joined in MOT Royal Kathin Ceremony 2019      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) joined in Ministry of Transport (MOT)’s Royal Kathin Ceremony 2019 at Chan Kapo temple, Pathum Thani Province where Mrs. Natamon Bunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) on behalf of MRTA joined in the ceremony on Friday 1st November 2019. In this regard, MRTA donated money totally 100,000 Baht.
MRTA joined in the activities related to King Chulalongkorn Day      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) joined in the activities related to King Chulalongkorn Day on Wednesday 23rd October 2019. In the morning, Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor joined in the wreath laying ceremony. In the evening, Mr. Surachet Laophulsuk, Deputy Governor (Engineering and Construction) joined in Candle-lighting ceremony to pay tribute to King Rama V at Sanam Luang, Bangkok where Mr. Wissanu Krea-ngam, Deputy Prime Minister presided over the ceremony.
MRTA joined in the activities related to King Rama IX memorial day      Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) joined in the activities related to King Rama IX memorial day on Sunday 13th October 2019. In the morning, Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) joined in the wreath laying ceremony in front of H.M. monument at Lat Pho park, Samut Prakarn where Mr. Saksayam Chidchob. Minister of Transport presided over the ceremony. In the evening, Mrs. Natamon Bunnak, Deputy Governor (Finance) joined in Candle-lighting ceremony to pay tribute to King Rama IX at Sanam Luang, Bangkok where General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister presided over the ceremony.  
MRTA organizes the pledge to be good civil servants ceremony 2019      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led MRTA executives and officers to pledge in the pledge to be good civil servants ceremony 2019 on Friday 26th July 2019 at main lobby, 1st floor, building 1, MRTA. The pledge was held in occasion of King Vajiralongkorn’s birthday on 28th July 2019.
MRTA organizes Green office project 2019      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over Green Office project 2019’s opening ceremony on Friday 24th May 2019 at meeting room 2, 9th floor, building 1, MRTA.     This project was held in order to enhance environmental protection and reduce resource consumption to MRTA’s officers with the 3R including 1) Reuse by using personal glass to buy beverage and drinks from store. 2) Reduce by using personal ware to buy food from store and 3) Recycle by giving plastic bottle to needy school with prepared bin. Moreover, the project was organized to support school along the route of M.R.T. projects which there were 3 chosen schools in this year including Suraomai school from M.R.T. yellow line project (Lat Phrao - Samrong)’s route, Wat Sriboonrueng school from M.R.T. orange line project (Thailand Cultural Centre – Min Buri)’s route and Min Buri school from M.R.T. pink line project (Khae Rai.....
MRTA joins in the opening ceremony of MOT’s activity in honor of Royal Coronation      Mr. Rithika Suparat, Deputy Governor (Administration) on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) joined in the opening ceremony of Ministry of Transport (MOT)’s activity in honor of Royal Coronation between 22nd – 24th May 2019 on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 in front of MOT’s head office. The opening event was presided over by Mr. Arkhom Termpittapaisith, Minister of Transport.
MRTA attends the well - wishing ceremony in occasion of H.M. King Rama X’ coronation ceremony      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) led MRTA executives to join in the well – wishing ceremony and the sign to salute ceremony in occasion of H.M. King Rama X’ coronation ceremony. The event was presided over by Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport on Tuesday 14th May 2019 at Ministry of Transport (MOT). In this regard, MRTA governor and executives also planted and received Yellow Star trees which is King Rama X’ tree of reign.
MRTA have an audience with the king in occasion of HM Royal Coronation Ceremony      Executives and officers of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) with executives from organizations under Ministry of Transport (MOT) have an audience with the king in occasion of HM Royal Coronation ceremony to show respect and loyalty toward the king on Saturday 4th May 2019 at the area in front of MOT’s headquarter, Ratchadamnoen Nok Rd.
MRTA holds a mass ordination ceremony for novice monks to honor King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of HM coronation ceremony at Praram 9 Kanchanaphisek Temple      Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over mass ordination ceremony for novice monks to honor King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of HM coronation ceremony where MRTA executives and employees joined in the ordination ceremony and Phradhammabandit, Abbot of Praram 9 Kanchanaphisek Temple presided over the Buddhist ceremony at Praram 9 Kanchanapisek temple on Thursday 11th April 2019.     The ordination project was held in order to honor King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of HM coronation ceremony and to support Buddhist study. Therefore, 68 children participated in this project included MRTA’s children and others. The participants have been ordained to be novice monks between 11th April – 8th May 2019.
