Mr. Yuthasak Chuenjai, Director of Business Development Department, on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), together with representatives of Policy and Strategy Department, Human Resources Department, and Business Development Department welcomed a delegation of management and staff of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), led by Mr. Piya Parnphumeesup, Director of Division of Planning and Strategy to a study visit on the implementation of State Enterprise Assessment Model: Enabler 4 - Stakeholder and customer management at Meeting Room 3, Building 1, MRTA. The executives of MRTA and TISTR exchanged knowledge and experience that will be beneficial for both in terms of personnel knowledge and organizational operation development on stakeholder and customer management.
