MRTA in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, organizes a Knowledge Transfer Seminar on Rail Systems, Transportation, and Logistics

Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University organized a Knowledge Transfer Seminar on Rail Systems, Transportation, and Logistics to transfer knowledge, technology, and exchange academic information on rail transit systems, as well as promote research in the rail industry. Mr. Nutt Nakthoranin, Assistant Governor of MRTA, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, jointly presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar at MRTA Learning Center.

The seminar was divided into 3 main parts: Part 1: Knowledge sharing on rail systems, transportation, and logistics by expert speakers from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University; Part 2: Exchange and develop knowledge in the field of rail engineering (Reskill/Upskill) by lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University; and Part 3: Visit to learn about rail systems and mass rapid transit system by MRTA. This academic seminar was held to promote the development of personnel in rail systems, transportation, and logistics in all sectors, including education, government agencies, private sectors, and society, to support the exchange of academic information and experiences in mass rapid transit system in various contexts, including the creation of a collaborative network to support academic activities between MRTA and academic institutions to further develop and create opportunities to develop knowledge and innovations in rail systems for being used for mutual benefit in the future.
