MRTA executes a safety audit at construction sites of the MRT Pink Line Project: Khae Rai – Min Buri Section along and Ram Inthra Road

Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), by Safety Occupational Health and Environment Office executed a safety audit for the MRT Pink Line Project: Khae RaiMin Buri Section at construction sites of Ram Inthra Kor Mor 9 Station (PK24), Outer Ring Road - Ram Inthra Station (PK25), and Nopparat Station (PK26) for inspecting compliance with safety measures and equipment availability. MRTA places importance on construction safety standard, especially working at height and enclosing construction site for public safety during the project construction period. Hence, MRTA instructed the workers to adhere strictly to the safety standards in according to MRTA Safety Declaration: Zero Fatal Accident, and also instructed to increase the frequency of water spraying vehicles operation and installation of water spray in the construction area to reduce PM 2.5 for mitigating on environmental impacts. Besides, the workers were instructed to work adhere strictly to D-M-H-T-T measures regulated by Ministry of Public Health.
