Mr. Pattanaphong Phongsupatsamit, Deputy Governor (Administration) of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) presided over the opening ceremony and award-giving ceremony of MRT Games 2024 where executives and officers from MRTA, Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC (BEM), MRT Purple line’s consultants and contractors and Northern Bangkok Monorail Co., Ltd. and Eastern Bangkok Monorail Co., Ltd. participated in the ceremony on Friday 20^th December 2024 at MRTA football field.

          MRT Games was held in order to strengthen relationship between MRTA and partners organizing 12 sport competitions including futsal, basketball, chairball, table tennis, petanque, badminton, rowing, tennis, relay race, E-Sport (ROV), golf putting and funny competitions during 27^th November – 20^th December 2024.
