Mr. Tanom Rattanasate, Assistant Governor on behalf of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Ministry of Culture (MOC) on 18th establishment anniversary on Friday 2nd October 2020 at Thailand Culture Centre. In this regard, MRTA gave congratulations flowers to MOC where Mr. Itthiphol Kunplome, Minister of Culture was the receiver.
