Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) signed the book of blessing for H.M. King Rama X on the occasion of New Year’s day 2020 where Mr. Chaiwat Thongkamkoon , Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport (MOT) leading head of organizations under MOT to join in the sign on Wednesday 1st January 2020 at the Grand Palace.
