Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas, Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) congratulated Ministry of Culture (MOC) on 17th establishment anniversary on Thursday 3rd October 2019 at Thailand Cultural Center. In this regard, MRTA gave congratulation flowers to MOC where Mr. Ittipol Khunpluem, Minister of Culture was the receiver.
